5	Knowledge	Resources — Knowledge of Engineering Consultants, Architects, Corporate Investors realted to Industrical and Commercial construction sector. Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in marketing. English Language — Fluent in Spoken English. Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. Customer Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Law and Government — Knowledge of basic construction norms and legal framework of building industry. Education and Training — Exposure to various newage marketing tools effective in construction sector.
